Hilkka-Maija has two decades of professional experience and has held several leading HR positions in international companies. During her HR career, Hilkka-Maija has been a member of different corporate management teams for ten years in total, which has deepened her understanding of business strategic issues as well as leadership challenges.
Just prior to moving into a consultant role, Hilkka-Maija worked as HR Director of CapMan Plc ( private equity company listed on OMX) and before that she has worked as management consultant at Personec and as EMEA Business HR Director for Agilent Technologies (listed on Nasdaq)
Hilkka-Maija is a certified user of several world-class assessment tools, and has conducted several management audit and professional development processes.
